The quality of a perfectly fitted flight case starts with its design. Our integrated design office uses current-generation CAD and 3D software to visualise your project before the first panel or foam insert is cut.
From analysis to technical drawings
- Digitisation and adaptation: If you do not have 3D files for your equipment, our engineers can work from precise measurements or scans to create the virtual footprint of your parts.
- Ergonomic validation: We check centre of gravity, handle placement and castor positioning so the case can be handled safely in real logistics conditions.
- Digital production plans: The generated files drive our CNC machines, reducing the gap between engineering study and final cut.
Before production starts, a high-definition 3D rendering can be supplied for final approval. The aim is simple: validate the solution before manufacturing begins.
