A complete virtual model of the flight case and foam integration validates fit, access and ergonomics before production.

High-precision digital cutting of wood or Astroboard panels and custom machining of polyethylene or Plastazote support foams.

STEP 04

Industrial assembly

Reinforced aluminium profiles, fully riveted structure, butterfly latches and protected corners are assembled by our technicians for long-term strength.

STEP 05

Finishing & custom integration

After assembly, we complete the internal layout: protective inserts, machined foam, partitions, drawer modules, technical trims, complex systems integration and compliance checks.
